First, you need to set 38 diapers in the bottom tier of the cake. You can put the baby shampoo or wash in the center of the largest pan. Now, roll the diaper starting at the waist part and secure it with a rubber band or string. Remember not to make it too tight, and it can damage the diaper.

After rolling the diapers, place them around the baby shampoo or baby wash. If you find it difficult to arrange, you can use a used paper towel holder instead. After arranging the diapers around the baby shampoo, secure the arranged diapers with yarns. If you’re worried about the presence of threads, don’t worry you’ll be covering it after the procedure. After securing the rolled diaper, it’s time to remove the pan, and the base layer is done.

Repeat the procedure in the middle layer; this time you need to use 22 diapers. For the top layer, you only need 14 diapers. Don’t secure it too tight so that you can center it above the second layer. On the top layer, you can add small stuffed toys, or whatever baby things you think are applicable. You can cover the visible rubber bands by putting ribbons and curling ribbons at the tops.  Make sure that the diapers will not be ripped or dislocated when you cover the rubber bands or string. It can affect the formation of diaper cake significantly. You can choose whatever design or kinds of stuff you want to put. The sky’s the limit, and it’s up to you how you decorate your diaper cake.
