Light in color, dark in aroma: The Ardbeg 10 YO Single Malt is an extremely typical Islay Whiskey with strong peat and smoky notes and the absolute classic in the distillery’s product range. Tasting Notes
Nose: A hint of tar with a box full of apples and tropical fruits, caressed by a maritime scent of seaweed with a breeze of saltwater
Palate: the full-bodied taste of a peat campfire on the beach while the wind blows inland from the sea, carrying a salty spray; plus a nice spiciness of aniseed and black pepper on the edge of the tongue
Finish: Long, smoky and peppery-dry farewell to the palate accompanied by a hint of iodine
