The deliveries throughout Europe are delivered from Monday to Friday. At the time there are no Saturday and Sunday deliveries. The deliveries can’t be made on holidays that vary from country to country. So it is best to inquire in advance of holidays in certain countries to avoid unnecessary doubts.

Walwater Gifts offers two shipping options according to gift and country for customers who may choose according to their priority:

We deliver within 2-7 working days, according to each country’s postcode, national holidays & remote area. Deliveries are from Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Walwater Gifts use a DHL/UPS shipping company to deliver your gift on time. Delivery on a fixed date is not available in Standard Delivery, Walwater Gifts may try to coordinate with the delivery company to set the delivery date. However, most gifts are delivered within three working days from placing the order considering the order is placed before the cut-off time, which is 11.00 ( +1GMT). If the recipient is unavailable, the courier company will leave a message on the door or deliver it to a neighbor.

We do offer a Priority shipment method, which in most European countries will be considered as Overnight shipping. Deliveries are from Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Our shipping company will deliver your gifts on the requested day and in perfect condition. Most of the orders placed before 11.00 (+1GMT) are delivered the next day. Express shipments are given extra attention here at Walwater Gifts and also at the shipping company.

Walwater Gifts recommend to place the address to the recipient business address as people are usually at work & since the signature is generally required.

SendGiftsInEurope collaborates with DHL, therefore please be advised that big countries such as Sweden, Greece, Bulgaria, or Finland and a few others, have postcodes which are considered as remote areas, that do require higher shipping costs and sometimes few more days due to the major distance from our warehouse. Encase the delivery location consider to be a remote area according to postcode. The extra cost for the remote location will be charged additionally to the original gift cost.

Please complete all applicable fields. A phone number is mandatory. Also please write the phone number without spaces and the country code. If your delivery address (e.g., Ireland) has NO postal code, put ‘00000’ in the zip code field. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military bases. A signature is typically required for delivery. We deliver during business hours; please use an address where you know the recipient or another adult will be available. At hospitals or companies, we will deliver at the reception desk. The name of the recipient is always on the box, so the recipient can easily be informed.

The recipient will never have to pay any taxes or customs fees since delivery is from one European Union country to another European Union member. However, the customs in non-European Union countries may apply physical inspection, and the procedure can unlikely cause delays for which Walwater Gifts can’t be held responsible. Walwater Gifts guarantees timely delivery as chosen when order and guarantees the gifts will be delivered in perfect condition.
