Each of the wines used for this cuvée received excellent ratings. 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier make for top-class champagne which convinces with amazingly fresh notes.
Green apple, medlar, and quince shape its taste. Notes of toasted bread and nuances of flowers provide for its lively character. The finish is long-lasting and simply gorgeous.
