Ledaig 10 is a smoky, coastal malt from the Isle of Mull. Peat leads the nose with campfire ash, sea spray, and lemon peel. You’ll taste black pepper, charred oak, smoked bacon, and sweet barley. Hints of vanilla and green apple lift the smoke and keep it lively. The finish is long, dry, and slightly salty with a touch of citrus. Bottled at 46.3 percent, it is non-chill filtered for a fuller texture.
